Seniors
Senior Services Program

In this program we offer to low income senior citizens, 60 years and older, an opportunity to eat nutritious, well-balanced noon meals, served in a congregate setting. Additionally, seniors will find a welcoming and friendly environment to socialize with peers, and participate in educational and recreational group activities.

Activities include: arts and crafts, quilting, sewing, table games, bingo, choir, computer classes, movie time, special event celebrations, field trips and more.

Supportive services offered include: transportation (immediate area), weekly shopping assistance, exercise, as well as health and safety awareness activities.

Services are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Ella Austin Community Center now provides an Adult Daycare Center from Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
